The Health Club (https://thehealthclub.in) is a marketplace-style website owned and operated by Mosaic Wellness Private Limited (“Mosaic”, “we”, “us” or “our”). It offers products from Man Matters, BeBodywise and Little Joys, each of which is owned by Mosaic. This policy applies to your use of The Health Club and to orders placed on it across all three brands.

This policy explains the personal information we collect, why we use it, when we share it, how we protect it and how you can contact us. It should be read with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Information we collect

When you create an account or contact us, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address and information you provide in messages or support requests. We may verify your number using a one-time password.

When you browse or place an order, we may collect your cart contents, brand and product selections, delivery address, order and transaction history, payment status, refund details and communications about the order. Payments are handled by payment service providers; we do not ask you to provide full card numbers or payment credentials to us.

If a feature requests health-related or other sensitive information, we will explain the purpose and handle it in accordance with applicable law.

Because the brands offered on The Health Club are all owned by Mosaic, we may use your platform and order information across Man Matters, BeBodywise and Little Joys for these purposes, including relevant recommendations and customer support. Operational messages about an order may continue.

3. When we share information

We may share information with payment providers, logistics companies, technology and hosting providers, customer support providers and other service partners where needed to operate The Health Club and fulfil orders. These service partners are expected to use it for the services they provide to us and to protect it appropriately.

We may share information within Mosaic’s business operations for the three brands listed above. Some service providers may process information outside India. Such transfers will be made subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.

The Website may link to other websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. A link to a Mosaic-owned brand does not change the fact that an order placed on The Health Club is covered by this policy.

We may verify your identity and may retain information where needed to complete orders, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or comply with law.

Withdrawing consent or deleting necessary information may prevent us from providing some features or fulfilling an order.
